California Poppy No. 6 is mixed media work on a 6" X 6" X 2" cradled aquabord surface with transparent watercolor, water-soluble oil pastels, and Posca paint pen. The cradle has been sanded and varnished in 5 layers for an extra smooth finish. The artwork has been protected with a UV and water resistant varnish for years of rich color. The artwork can be hung on the wall or stand on its own on a shelf or table.
